Continuity Assessment
InteQ's Business Continuity Assessment (BCA) analyzes the financial and operational impact of a major business disruption on the business. Also, the BCA assesses potential risks to the business and identifies risk reduction initiatives that will minimize or prevent business disruptions. The BCA is the first and most critical stage of successful business continuity planning. The information included in the BCA is used throughout the business continuity planning lifecycle to ensure that all planning initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with actual business requirements.

The Business Continuity Assessment includes the following deliverables:

Business Impact Analysis - Critical business processes and recovery time frames
