InfraDesk includes the ability to perform Customer Surveys to both internal and external support customers. Multiple surveys can be designed for different customers or departments and set to appropriate recipients based on custom schedules set by you. InfraDesk offers the ability to send surveys based on the # of tickets submitted and/or timeframes (once every quarter, once per year, etc.) which allows you to provide accurate reporting based directly on user feedback.
