Account Executive
InteQ is looking for strong hunter(s) who are highly motivated to close business and responsible for generating sales to meet monthly quotas by selling InteQ's on-demand SaaS
IT Service Desk solution.
Account Executives are expected to develop and sell to new customers, and meet own sales quota. A start-up mentality is required, in addition to the ability to easily open doors and quickly qualify prospects.
Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed the sales targets established by Sales Management on a consistent basis
Establish, manage, and expand a client base (relationships and revenue) with new customers
Develop a solid and extensive network of contacts and mines them for opportunities
Qualify and pursues opportunities
Help ensure success of lead generation activities including telesales, email blasts, webinars, trade shows, events, etc.
Generate and track leads
Provide sales forecasts and manage sales funnel
Provide feedback from client communications to maximize the knowledge transfer of marketing
Manage resources and expenses wisely to help achieve Company goals
Attend weekly sales meetings and report on opportunities, closes, lost sales, pipeline progress, etc.
Create proposals, SOWs, etc. as needed
Ensure that all pertinent data is entered and up-to-date in SalesForce database
Stay informed regarding current and emerging market trends and how these will impact the Sales organization and revenue generation
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Marketing related disciplines
5-10 years sales experience
Experienced in selling software-as-a-service(SaaS) and/or experience selling service desk or help desk applications or application/software services
Enthusiastic, energetic, with "hunter" and start-up mindset
Track record of success in exceeding quotas regularly
Experience with SalesForce.com or other sales automation packages
Experience selling into IT environments and communicating with infrastructure staff
Ability to establish and manage Executive-level relationships
Ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish goals and objectives
Very strong communication skills (excellent at listening, speaking/presenting and writing)
Able to clearly demonstrate and articulate a company's value proposition, tailored to a specific customer
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-tack
Able to set own priorities and schedules to meet goals; Self-starting
Ability to meet commitments consistently, follows through on all tasks
Ability to build credibility quickly
Exhibits independence, takes initiative
Possesses strong work ethic and positive work attitude

Inside Sales Representative
InteQ is seeking a professionally competitive candidate to join
our team, who can be an integral part of our InfraDesk,
SaaS
Service Desk team. Initially this person would be first contact
with out outbound phone campaign, gathering information and
setting up appointments for Senior Level Executives to discuss
InfraDesk. This person may also be involved in the sales of this
SaaS solution. As a company, we value the persistent upbeat person
who understands the importance of this role and driving this
engine, and desires further career opportunities after proven
success in this position. The candidate will have the opportunity
to develop new customers, grow and maintain relationships. This
role is part of a growing organization. We are looking for
determined, motivated and enthusiastic individuals. Competitive
salary and an incentive plan.
Responsibilities:
Prospect list/suspects list making an average of
75-80 calls per day
Initially setup necessary appointments for new SaaS
Service Desk solution, InfraDesk
Make outbound calls and send emails as necessary to
meet quota demand
Prospect and develop new potential customers via
telephone by qualifying and tracking leads and
scheduling initial meetings with qualified leads for
the sales team
Follow up on web/marketing events and ensure InteQ
sales automation package is maintained with current
information regarding all leads
Monitor client satisfaction with InteQ services and
elevate issues of dissatisfaction
Participate in marketing activities to generate
leads and ensure these activities happen according
to plan
Meet commitments consistently
Other related duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Qualification
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, in Business or
technical discipline
3-5 years inside sales experience
Desire to grow professionally
Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and
maintain relationships
Experience with SalesForce.com or other sales automation tool
desirable Experience doing telesales of IT services into IT
service environments (Network and Systems Management and/or help
Desk, and/or SaaS experience) a plus Very strong communication
and listening skills, ability to establish rapport over te phone,
ability to build credibility quickly and clearly articulate a value
proposition Strong time management and ability to multi-task
