IT Service Management / ITIL Consultant

InteQ is looking for an IT Service Management/ITIL consultant to join its highly successful ITSM training and consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance for ITIL-based process design and implementation projects
Work with customers on process and tool implementation projects
Delivery ITSM Assessments, Workshops and implementation Services for ITIL processes
Delivery of ITIL Certification Training courses

Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification
7+ Years of Experience in IT in more than one of the following areas: Service Desk, Incident, Change, Configuration Management, Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Service Level Management, Network and System Management
2+ Years of Consulting Experience
Prior Teaching Experience
Prior Consulting Experience at CxO Level
Previous experience working in a Managed Services environment
ITIL Service Manager (IT Master) Certified would be a plus

Account Executive

InteQ is looking for an Account Executive who is a strong hunter highly motivated to close business, and is responsible for generating sales to meet monthly quotas by selling InteQ's on-demand SaaS IT Service Desk solution. This person is expected to develop and sell to new customers, and meet own sales quota. A start-up mentality is required, in addition to the ability to easily open doors and quickly qualify prospects.

Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed the sales targets established by Sales Management on a consistent basis
Establish, manage, and expand a client base (relationships and revenue) with new customers
Develop a solid and extensive network of contacts and mines them for opportunities
Qualify and pursues opportunities
Help ensure success of lead generation activities including telesales, email blasts, webinars, trade shows, events, etc.
Generate and track leads
Provide sales forecasts and manage sales funnel
Provide feedback from client communications to maximize the knowledge transfer of marketing
Manage resources and expenses wisely to help achieve Company goals
Attend weekly sales meetings and report on opportunities, closes, lost sales, pipeline progress, etc.
Create proposals, SOWs, etc. as needed
Ensure that all pertinent data is entered and up-to-date in SalesForce database
Stay informed regarding current and emerging market trends and how these will impact the Sales organization and revenue generation
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Marketing related disciplines
5-10 years sales experience
Experienced in selling software-as-a-service(SaaS) and/or experience selling service desk or help desk applications or application/software services
Enthusiastic, energetic, with "hunter" and start-up mindset
Track record of success in exceeding quotas regularly
Experience with SalesForce.com or other sales automation packages
Experience selling into IT environments and communicating with infrastructure staff
Ability to establish and manage Executive-level relationships
Ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish goals and objectives
Very strong communication skills (excellent at listening, speaking/presenting and writing)
Able to clearly demonstrate and articulate a company's value proposition, tailored to a specific customer
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-tack
Able to set own priorities and schedules to meet goals; Self-starting
Ability to meet commitments consistently, follows through on all tasks
Ability to build credibility quickly
Exhibits independence, takes initiative
Possesses strong work ethic and positive work attitude

Services Delivery Coordinator

The Services Delivery Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for supporting the Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) in providing exceptional customer relationship management to InteQ's Managed Services clients, supporting customers as they migrate through implementation and throughout the steady state status.

Responsibilities:
Assists with integrating the client into InteQ's suite of Managed Services and assists in managing the implementation project. Activities include:

Coordinating technical project schedules and implementation activities, maintaining an overall project plan, developing and documenting business processes and communication techniques.
Assisting with enrollment and provisioning activities to meet the client schedules.
Researching and collecting data, and analyzing and summarizing findings.
Communicating with SDMs and/or clients re: same.
Assisting in the preparation of regular and/or ad hoc client reports as needed.

Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with clients, partners, and InteQ team members
Assists in preparing monthly, quarterly, or other review sessions with clients to review performance metrics, trending and project updates.
Assists in maintaining the integrity of all client data
Performs other related duties as requested

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will interface effectively with all departments in the company, specifically SDMs and the Technical Support Team, and quickly assimilate into InteQ's work processes
Demonstrates strong customer relationship abilities, as well as a strong personal drive to interact with multiple clients daily and demonstrates proven dedication to providing exceptional quality customer service
Possesses strong project management, process-oriented and problem solving skills
Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Possesses proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), a familiarity with Visio and/or ticketing system practices would be a plus
Has a high level of attention to detail
Has the ability to analyze data and reach sound conclusions based on the analysis
Has the skills to make quick but careful recommendations
Possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company
Has the ability to work independently, and tap resources to find needed knowledge and answers
Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation
A MIS or business analysts background is a plus
1-5 years work experience
Bachelor's degree highly desirable, preferably related to business management
