ITIL Online Training
FAQs
I registered for Online ITIL Training, now
what? For single user registrations, once you
have completed the online registration form and InteQ has processed
your payment, you will receive an email from infraservices at
inteqnet.com. This email will contain your personal log-in
information to access your Web Based ITIL Training Account. From the
time you receive the email, you have 60 days to complete the online
course. I have started my Online ITIL Training
Course, but I need to pause it. How do I go about doing so?
If you need to stop or pause your online training and you are within
the 60 day completion period, you have the ability to do so one-time
for up to 90 days.
Do I have the ability to log-in from other
computers? Yes. You will need your username,
password and the URL of the training website in order to log-in. The
online training program is only available through Internet Explorer.
What is the format of the course? Are there chapters?
The online ITIL Foundations course is organized into several
modules. You may complete each of the modules at your own pace and
you also have the ability to stop in the middle of each module and
return at a later date or time. At the conclusion of each module,
you will complete a quiz. The program tracks your progress through
the training so that each time you return, you are automatically
directed to the same place you left off.
What is included in the online training class?
InteQ's online training course includes a 60 day license
to access the online courseware. In addition, you will
also receive the IT Service Management Pocket Guide
which will be mailed to you upon registration.
How much time to I have to take the test once I have
completed the online training program?
Once you have completed all the modules within the
online training program, we recommend that you take the

comprised of 40 questions in multiple choice format. You
will need to correctly answer 26 questions in order to
receive your ITIL Certification Certificate. The test is
1 hour in length and you will not be permitted to use
any materials.

the test, however, you will be required to pay the exam
fee for attempt. The test fee is governed by the testing
providers. Visit
