I have started my Online ITIL Training Course, but I need to pause it. How do I go about doing so?

If you need to stop or pause your online training and you are within the 60 day completion period, you have the ability to do so one-time for up to 90 days.

What is the format of the course? Are there chapters?

The online ITIL Foundations course is organized into several modules. You may complete each of the modules at your own pace and you also have the ability to stop in the middle of each module and return at a later date or time.
