Course Description:
InteQ's ITIL v3 Foundation Online Training is a self-paced, multimedia e-learning course, available 7/24. The content is delivered through a learning platform which was awarded The Service Management Innovation of the Year by the IT Service Management Forum, itSMF, in 2001.

InteQ's self-paced The course familiarizes the learner with the ITIL v3 core framework, The Service Lifecycle. The course explains the objectives, key concepts, and terminology associated with each stage of the lifecycle of an IT Service and provides a high level understanding of the objectives, key concepts, and activities of the processes that enable each lifecycle stage.

The course is designed to prepare the learner for the ITIL v3 Foundation certification training exam. The course content has been reviewed and accredited by the Information Systems Examination Board, ISEB for use as a vehicle for candidates that wish to attain ITIL v3 Foundation certification.

The course provides exam preparation assistance including exam taking techniques, supplemental study materials, and a practice ITIL v3 Foundation certification training exam provided by the official accreditor of the ITIL Portfolio, APM Group, for use in preparing a candidate for the ITIL v3 Foundation certification training exam.

The course does not include ITIL Foundation certification training exam.
