ITIL V3 Foundations Classroom Registration
Course Description:
ITIL v3 Foundations is a three day,
interactive, instructor led course that uses lecture, discussions,
and group exercises to introduce the attendee to IT Service
Management “good practice” guidance as described in the IT
Infrastructure Library, ITIL version 3.
The course prepares attendees for the ITIL v3
Foundation Certification exam providing sample questions at the end
of each unit and sample certification exams provided by the
accreditation board for the purpose of preparing for the
certification exam.
A one hour ITIL Foundations certification is
administered by an independent proctor provided by an accredited
certification agency at the end of the course.
