InteQ is looking for an IT Service Management/ITIL consultant to join its highly successful ITSM training and consulting practice. The successful candidate will:
Provide hands-on assistance for ITIL-based process design and implementation projects
Work with customers on process and tool implementation projects
Delivery ITSM Assessments, Workshops and implementation Services for ITIL processes
Delivery of ITIL Certification Training courses
Required Skills:
ITIL Foundation Certification
7+ Years of Experience in IT in more than one of the following areas: Service Desk, Incident, Change, Configuration Management, Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Service Level Management, Network and System Management
2+ Years of Consulting Experience
Desired Skills:
ITIL Service Manager (IT Master) Certified
Prior Teaching Experience
Prior Consulting Experience at CxO Level
Previous experience working in a Managed Services environment

Service Desk Representative
Summary:
The Service Desk Representative (SDR) is the initial contact person for all client activity. The SDR is required to accept and log requests coming from various sources (email, phone, IM, management tools) into a proprietary ticketing system. The SDR is responsible for routing tickets to the appropriate internal group for resolution as well as providing proactive notification updates to customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate needs to have excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in a help desk or customer support call center is desired. The candidate must be very comfortable on the phone and using a computer. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. Courteous and professional phone skills. Hands on computer experience, ability to navigate Windows. The candidate should also be considered technically savvy and eager to learn.

Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for generating sales to meet quarterly and annual quotas by selling various InteQ services, either directly or through partners. This person is expected to sell to new customers as well as grow revenues in the installed base. In addition the Account Executive will track sales details such as forecasts, funnels, leads, opportunities, proposals, and expenses, and ensure all is entered into our sales automation package accurately.
