Santhana Krishnan

Santhana Krishnan is the Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder of InteQ Corporation. He brings a successful 20+ year career to this position, and has overall responsible for the company’s vision, strategy, and leadership. In this role, Krishnan has led the company from its inception to its present position as an industry leader in remote infrastructure management services and IT service management solutions for enterprises worldwide. He and Yash Shah, current President and CTO, together founded InteQ Corporation in 1995, incorporating the technical prowess and focus on culture to which they are so strongly committed. They have succeeded in their goal to build a successful company with a focus on the long term.
Krishnan’s background prior to InteQ included developing Hewlett-Packard's Northeast Enterprise Messaging Practice in their Professional Services Organization, where he architected internet infrastructures for several Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, he served as a senior consultant with IBM's Application Business Systems Division. Krishnan holds two Master's degrees: in Information Systems from Bentley College, and in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala in India. In addition, Krishnan serves on the boards of the Massachusetts Network Communications Council and TiE-Boston where he is committed to encouraging other entrepreneurs and advising startup companies. In 2001, Krishnan was selected by the Boston Business Journal as one of the area's top "40 under 40" technology executives.

Yash Shah

As co-founder, President, and CTO, Yash Shah has partnered with Santhana Krishnan in shaping the birth of InteQ Corporation, and led the creation of a new IT service model as a remote management service provider. In his role he is responsible for the management and execution of the company’s technology strategy, service development, delivery operations, and sales organization, and sits on the executive leadership team. Shah’s commitment is to the long-term growth and viability of the company, while maintaining his focus on the employees so important to the company’s success. He brings over 20 years IT and management experience to InteQ, and was chosen by InfoWorld as one of the 50 most influential people in IT based upon their respective company’s market reach and stability, and their technology's overall scalability and availability.
Prior to co-founding InteQ, Shah spent seven years building his impressive knowledge base of IT management with TRW and Hewlett-Packard. While at HP, he championed the Network and Systems Management Group and built a reputation for designing and implementing global IT infrastructure solutions for Fortune 500 clients. In 1988, Shah laid the basis for his career by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Shah, along with co-founder and long-time friend Santhana Krishnan, continues their commitment to building a world-class company.

Bob Flaherty

Bob Flaherty serves as InteQ Corporation’s Vice President of Business Development and Service Strategy and joined InteQ Corporation in 1996. He is focused on the growth of the organization through new client acquisition and expansion of the client base, and ensuring that InteQ's services are aligned with the business and IT needs of customers. Flaherty is a member of the executive leadership team, and is instrumental in setting the strategic and service direction of the company. He most enjoys engaging in problem solving, bringing innovative, useful products and services to customers.
Prior to joining InteQ, Flaherty served as a Strategic Account Manager and Technical Consultant at Hewlett-Packard for ten years, where he took the lead in growing his client’s annual revenue 300%. His 20+ year career began after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Lowell. Flaherty’s numerous years of IT infrastructure and service management experience are key in driving InteQ’s success in today’s business environment.

Uday Shah
Vice President of Finance and Offshore Operations |

Uday Shah serves as the Vice President of Finance and Offshore Operations and the President of InteQ India, and has been with InteQ Corporation since 1998. He is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company. Shah’s finance responsibilities include management of all accounting and financial functions, investor relations, management reporting, financial modeling, corporate and legal matters, procurement, and real estate.
Shah began his affiliation with InteQ in the mid-1990s as the founder of VigorSoft, a Baroda, India company engaged in the development of computer software. He successfully and profitably ran this company for 3 years before shifting the operating base to the US and cementing the relationship with InteQ. Prior to that, Shah was Executive Director of Spectoms Group of Companies, also in India, where he held director responsibilities for corporate planning, financial planning, resource management, and internal IT. He possesses both a bachelors and masters degree in Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, India.

Mike Champa
Vice President of Service Delivery and Operations

Mike Champa has been with InteQ Corporation since 2000, and serves as the Vice President of Operations and Service Delivery. He is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company. In his role, Champa has overall responsibility for providing remote IT infrastructure management and outsourcing services to all InteQ’s customers, overseeing a team delivering services globally. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the enrollment of all new customers, and delivering ongoing 7/24 support services for customer’s mission critical IT application infrastructure located worldwide.
Champa has close to 25 years experience in numerous operations positions, mostly in managerial roles. Before joining InteQ, he was Manager of IT Operations at Bose Corporation, managing the Corporate IS Operations Technology organization, which included all aspects of mission critical applications and IT infrastructure support. Prior to Bose, he spent 15 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, in various roles including Manager of IT Infrastructure, Manager of Network Operating Center, and Manager of Data Center Operations, among others. Champa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Lesley College.

Atul has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. He has vast experience in managing resources and technologies and has associated with InteQ India right from inception. He has been instrumental in implementing successful operational practices, quality and software development processes and methodologies. He is also deeply involved in human resource management and organization development.
Prior to joining InteQ India, he implemented many cross-platform networks, integrated process automation equipments to computer networks, led software product development teams and network project implementation teams. He also is a regular visiting faculty to many educational institutions in the region.
